Troy has been with Dolphin Insulation since 2016, when he started training under our lead foreman, Dave, and learning about creating high performing homes by achieving a higher level of energy efficiency. He understood how dense-pack cellulose insulation is used in conjunction with different vapor-smart membranes and got to see the results of these products firsthand after completing each job. He quickly worked his way to becoming a crew lead and now manages his own jobs while striving to reduce the homeowner’s energy consumption. He will be the first to go into a crawlspace to stop drafts, even when it doesn’t seem do-able. He is a great problem-solver and has found ways to get a job done when no one else could.
Only 23 years old, Troy is already buying real estate and planning for his future. His constant sarcasm and contagious laughter help everyone get through the dirty, tough jobs and for that we’re very grateful he is a part of our team. He is one of the hardest working people we have ever met and he rarely misses a day of work. He is friendly, fast, and intelligent and will jump through hoops for you, just like a true dolphin!
