Amanda decided to go into business with her father and sister in 2008 upon graduating high school. Unfortunately for her this was the beginning of a recession. She learned a lot over the last 10 years and feels as though her company is more resilient because of the trials and tribulations that have made them stronger and wiser. The reason she believes they were able to succeed and grow through a recession was because they offered a service that cut energy costs in half, saving people a lot of money. In 2015 she was awarded “Outstanding Woman in Business” by the Family Business Association. She will continue to innovate the industry with unique materials and techniques that create state of the art airtight envelopes for buildings in New England.
