First, we installed rockwool in all of the interior walls for sound deadening. The homeowner has two sons and anyone with boys understands the need to dampen sound. We also installed it in between the floors and the basement walls. Then we installed Intello vapor smart membrane to the exterior walls and attic roofline and densepacked them with Igloo cellulose.
